Purchase consulting hours for Microsoft 365 administration, troubleshooting, implementation, or a review alongside your IT team.
Start with a minimum
of 10 hours.
Choose a 10-, 25-, or 50-hour standard consulting bucket. We confirm tasks, access, scheduling, and the applicable rate before purchase.
Advanced architecture and integration work is separately quoted. Standard bucket hours are not silently converted or repriced.

How prepaid consulting works.
What uses the hours?
Approved discovery, preparation, troubleshooting, implementation, testing, documentation, meetings, and handover. Work covered by annual support is not also charged to a consulting bucket.
How do we schedule work?
Request work with at least two business days’ notice where practical. Availability and deadlines are agreed before starting. Prepaid hours do not create emergency coverage or annual-support response commitments.
What happens when the balance runs low?
We report usage and flag when most hours have been used. Replenishment requires your approval. Billable work pauses when the balance is exhausted; there is no automatic charge for another bucket.
When do hours expire?
Each bucket has a 12-month usage period. Extension, cancellation, and refund arrangements are defined in the proposal. If Fortaleza cannot schedule approved work before expiry, we agree an extension for the affected balance.
Can hours cover automation and AI?
Standard development can use an approved standard bucket. Advanced architecture, integrations, and AI work need agreed task rates and a budget. Licenses, hosting, consumption, and maintenance are separate.
